In addition, they also use only the freshest ingredients by not using ANYTHING frozen.



The bread...one of my MOST important criteria for judging how good a restaurant is. My theory is that if a restaurant can WOW me as early as the free bread they serve....then they are DEFINITELY off to a good start. It also tells me how much they value customer expectation. 

Verdict....EXCELLENT! The bread was very soft and moist, but more importantly, light.

The clam chowder on the other hand, was nothing great. Although pretty decent for the price, it could've been much better, as it lacked flavor and depth.

With Gulliver's you have the choice of two choices of cuts from the beef

GET THIS- if you like your roast beef a bit tougher and saltier as this cut is where most of the flavor goes to. It also has a crust which is favorable to some...while unfavorable to others.

Tender, Juicy, and Succulent. This has got to be the BEST roast beef I have EVER eaten. It beats any sad roast beef, hotels serve up in their buffet tables, any wanabe home made "BEST" roast beef you see at Bazaars, and DEFINITELY much better than a certain restaurant that names itself something close to roast beef. 

The secret again, is that Gulliver's chooses only TOP QUALITY corn fed breeds to make the softest and most beautiful marbling Ive seen on a prime rib of beef. Also, it is also cooked in a two stage oven system that ensures moisture and flavor.

Couple the perfect beef with EXCELLENT yorkshire pudding, Baked Potato, and creamed spinach and you have the ALMOST perfect Roast beef dinner. What else to make it perfect?

Only the BEST gravy I have ever had!

The Gravy served at Gullivers isnt your typical fake gravy, nor is it the over powering gravy restaurants serve up way too many times. Instead, Gulliver's gravy is a very light but flavorful gravy that not only enhances the flavor of the beef, but also adds moisture to the already juicy roast beef. 



Sadly, Gulliver's doesn't seem to be flourishing as much as it did in the past, and as much as it SHOULD!

It serves the one of the highest quality roast beef with VERY affordable prices. Coupled with a beautiful ambiance of old England, and a service staff of highly trained and efficient servers and waitresses. 

Definitely highly recommended.

Take it from me....the beef critic!
