Brothers' Burger :@) :@) :@)

The place to be for gourmet burgers...

Brother's burgers has been around for awhile now, and everyone who loves burgers should have tried this place out by now. They are currently getting more locations northbound so that's a good thing for us, but they were based mainly in the south for the longest time. I did a survey a couple of years back regarding burgers for a market study and most of my respondents lived in the south area and Brother's Burger was king of the choices for burger joints. I would agree that their burgers are pretty awesome especially their gourmet burgers. I believe that out of these types of joints Brothers' makes the best gourmet burger here in the Philippines.

Here are several of them

Santa Fe Burger P285 ($6.25) :@) :@)

The whole burger was pretty nice, the buffalo potato criss cuts were as awesome. The toppings complimented the burger well but it was a bit too soggy for my taste. The chili con carne on top was also good. Overall its great, just didn't vibe it that much.

Bistro Burger P285 ($6.25) :@) :@) :@)

Inspired by French cuisine. It's worth it, because of the caramelized onions and the cheese. I don't really feel the mushrooms add a whole lot to it but its still awesome. As a friend of mine always says "caramelized onions go with anything". French cuisine nuts will find this burger pretty good.

Ranchero Burger P285 ($6.25) :@) :@) :@)

It has onion rings, bacon and yummy barbeque sauce. How can you go wrong with this one? It has the crunch factor that all people look for when dining out. A must try in my opinion.

If you're looking for the best prepared burger, meaning all in the bun, toppings, patty and sauce, Brothers' is definitely the place for you.

  1. I still remember this, I love their burgers and we always visit their branch at Ortigas before.
