Kowloon House :@) :@)

E. Rodriguez Ave. cor. Tomas Morato
Quezon City, Metro Manila
Philippines

Excellent Dimsum... Good Chinese Food at Reasonable Prices... Perfect Combo!...

So after a few drinks and celebrating a birthday of our friend, we needed something to eat. As usual we're out at early morning hours so our choices are pretty slim. We decided we'd eat at Kowloon House near Tomas Morato.

Their interior was pretty casual. Honestly, a welcome sight since most good Chinese restaurants here in the Philippines have an intimidating ambiance attached to it.

Sweet and Sour Pork :@)

It's pretty good. Nothing extraordinary though.

Pork Siomai :@) :@) :@)

Awesome...

Beef Siomai :@) :@) :@)

Awesome-r. You get that Cooking Master Boy Reaction as you bite into it. For those of you who don't know about Cooking Master Boy and the reactions I'm talking about, Click Here.

Sharks Fin Dumplings :@) :@) :@)

Excellent as well. As you can see it's full of meat, again another welcome sight.

Ho To Tai :@) :@)

Our soup guy enjoyed it so I guess its great.

Beef Brisket with Rice: SKIP IT

OK, but I wished I ordered something else. I didn't care much for the taste of it, too tough and under seasoned.

Lemon Chicken :@) :@)

Decent as well. North Park's still the Lemon Chicken Champion though.

Since I didn't write this as soon as I did I forgot the prices. Apologies, but a single order didn't exceed P170 from what I recall.

Overall, the food is pretty decent. The dimsum though shines, if ever you're craving for some give Kowloon House a shot.

Happy Pigout :@)
